Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from Jaipurwaale . If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility window

  • Returns or exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, with original tags/packaging and invoice.

2. Non-returnable items

  • Customised/engraved, made-to-order, or resized jewellery

  • Earrings / ear accessories (hygiene)

  • Gift cards, final-sale items, freebies

3. Condition checks

  • Natural variations in stones/finishes are normal. Colour may vary due to screens/lighting and is not a defect.

  • We may reject returns showing wear, damage, or missing parts.

4. How to start a return

Email [support@jaipurwaale.in] within the window with:

  • Order number, reason, unboxing photos/video (mandatory for damage claims within 48 hours of delivery).
    We’ll reply with a return shipping label or pickup instructions (where available).

5. Return shipping

  • Defect/damage (approved): on us.

  • Other reasons (size/style change of mind): customer pays return shipping.

6. Refunds

  • Once inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or store credit if requested) within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping, COD fees, and gift-wrap are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

  • One-time size/style exchange on eligible items. If the desired item’s price differs, we’ll charge/refund the difference.

8. Cancellations

  • Free cancellation before dispatch.

  • After dispatch, treat as a return (see above).

9. Wrong/defective item

  • Notify us within 48 hours with photos/video; we’ll replace or refund per your choice (subject to stock).
